摘要
采用削-盘式磨损装置研究了两种磨盘材料在软磨料上的磨损,结果表明,软磨料磨损不同于硬磨料磨损,其磨损方式是软相首先发生塑性变形,然后在软硬两相区产生位错堆积发展成为空洞,空洞随后演变为裂纹,最终导致材料的脱落。由于奥氏体比马氏体具有更强的塑性变形能力,因此表现出更好的耐磨性。
This paper studied two types of refiner disc materials abrasion with soft particles in the pin-disc equipment. The results showed that soft particles abrasion is different from hard particles. Firstly soft phase produces plastic deformation between the soft phase and the hard one. Then the dislocation is generated and accttmulated and finally developed into cavitations before they become the crack, which results in material peeling off lastly. The wearing resistance of austenite is better than martensite because it has good plastic deformation.
