摘要
本文从调制度和相位误差角度,系统分析了双光束干涉光谱仪中,当光束孔径为圆形和矩形时,动镜运动过程中发生倾斜的影响,讨论了动镜倾斜容限以及减小动镜倾斜误差的方法.
In this paper,the tolerance of the tilting of the moving mirror(plane mirror)in the Fourier transform interferometer is analyzed systematically by means of modulation depth and phase error. Both rectangular and circle aperture are concerned. It is found that the deformation of the recovered spectrum caused by phase error can be sometimes much more severe than that caused by modulation depth. The conclusions obtained here are of great significance to the design of a Fourier transform interferometer,which employs a reference laser to measure the position of the moving mirror. Methods to avoid the problems resulting from the mirror tilting are also discussed.
