摘要
目的:建立液相色谱法同时测定中毒样品中杀鼠灵、溴敌隆、大隆3种抗凝血杀鼠剂含量的方法。方法:在C18色谱柱,以甲醇+0.1%乙酸=90+10为流动相,检测波长为265 nm,柱温为室温下检测。结果:方法的最低检出浓度分别为0.4、0.5、0.7μg/m l,相对标准偏差为1.04%~2.26%。回收率在90.0%~98.0%之间。结论:本法操作简便、准确、快速,适用于误食杀鼠灵、溴敌隆和大隆鼠药中毒样品的分析鉴定。
Objective :To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of the content of warfarin, bromadiolone, brodifacoum in food poisoning. Methods: Warfarin, bromadiolone and brodifacoum were separated on a C18 column using methanol (50%) :0. 1% aceticacid (50%) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and detection wave 265 nm. Results:The detection limits were 0.4 μg/ml,0. 5 μg/ml, 0. 7 μg/ml, respectively. The calibration curves were liner in the range of 1.0 -50. 0 mg/L, the precision was not more than 2. 26% and the rate of recovery 90. 0% to 98.0%. Conclusion : The method is simple, precise, fast and suitable for determination of warfarin, bromadiolone, brodifacoum in food poisoning.
