摘要
经皮磁刺激是近几年来新兴的一个研究领域。本研究试图通过自行设计的磁场发生装置将模拟脑电节律的外界低频脉冲磁场耦合入实验动物猫的脑内,由感生的电信号影响其脑电活动,并诱导其入眠。实验结果表明:该磁场能够耦合入动物脑内并有效地影响了脑电活动。这种诱导磁刺激有显著的促进入眠作用。
External low frequency pulsed magnetic field from a self made generator was tried to be coupled into brain of experimental animal, so that the current induced in the brain might influence activities of brain potentials and induce the animal to fall asleep. The field could also simulate the rhythm of brain potentials. The results showed that the field can be coupled into the animal brain and modulate efficiently the activities of brain potentials. The induced magnetic stimulation could accelerate efficiently the process of falling asleep.
