Al_2 O_3(Pt)修饰SnO_2气体传感器的气敏性能

摘要 采用共溶溶胶凝胶法及半透膜渗析技术,合成SnO_2纳米粉体.采用旁热式结构,制成了Al_2O_3(Pt)修饰SnO_2双层膜的气体传感器.通过TEM、SEM分析方法分别对SnO_2粉体、敏感膜以及Al_2O_3(掺质量分数3%Pt)表面催化层的表面形貌进行观察和表征.实验结果表明,Al_2O_3(掺质量分数3%Pt)修饰SnO_2双层膜气体传感器对甲烷有好的选择性和较高的灵敏度。在φ(CH_4)= 5×10^(-3)时灵敏度最高可达到5以上. By using eutectic sol - gel method and half membrane dialyzed technology, SnOa nanometer powder body was synthesized. By using heater- type structure, AlaO3 (Pt) ornamenting SnOadouble -deck membrane gas sensors have been made, Through TEM, SEM analytical methods, SnOa powder body , the superficial shapes of sensitive membrane and Al2O3 (mixed with 3% Pt) facial catalyzed layer were observed and characterized. The experimental results show that Al2O3(mixed with 3 % Pt) ornamenting SnOa double -deck membrane gas sensors have good selectivity and higher sensitivity to methane, especially when the consistency is 5× 10^-3, its sensitivity can reach to more than 5.
