摘要
仲裁监督主要包括内部监督、行业监督和司法监督,我国现行仲裁监督的法律规定还不够完善,有的甚至还是空白。为了更好地发挥仲裁的作用,对我国仲裁的内部监督、行业监督和司法监督进行修改、完善,都是十分必要的。
The arbitration supervision mainly include internal supervision, supervision in the line and legal supervision. The current arbitration supervision in China is far from perfect and there are even some gaps. In order to enable arbitration to play a more effective role, it is necessary to update and improve internal supervision, supervision in the line and legal supervision.
