米索前列醇在人工流产术中的应用

Application of Misoprostol in artificial abortion

目的在人工流产术前2小时,对比以不同方式应用米索前列醇所产生的临床效果。方法随机抽取160例患者,分4组,每组40例,Ⅰ组:口服米索前列醇400微克;Ⅱ组:阴道置米索前列醇400微克;Ⅲ组:口服米索前列醇200微克同时宫颈予200微克;Ⅳ组:为对照组不予任何药物。行人工流产术,观察宫口扩张情况,人流综合征发生率,手术出血量及药物副作用发生率等方面的情况。结果在宫颈扩张情况、人流综合征发生率、手术出血量方面Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与对照组分别比较,差异有显著性(P>0.05),但Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间比较,差异无显著性(P<0.05);药物副作用发生率,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间分别比较差异均有显著性(P>0.05),阴道用药副作用发生率低于其他方式用药,联合用药低于口服用药。结论在人工流产术前2小时,以不同方式应用米索前列醇其临床效果相同,仅在药物副作用发生率方面,阴道用药低于其他方式用药。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of use of misoprostol with different methods 2 hours before artificial abortion. Mothods 160 patients were chosen randomly and divided into 4 groups. Each group included 40 patients, Ⅰ group： patients take 400 μ g misoprostol orally; Ⅱ group： 400 μ g misoprostol was placed in the vagina of the patients; Ⅰ- Ⅱ group： 200p g misoprostol was taken by the patients orally and 200 μg misoprostol was placed in the vagina of the patients; Ⅳ group： as control group, the patients did not take any medicine. After artificial abortion, dilatation of the cervix, incidence rate of artificial abortion syndrome,amount of bleeding and incidence rate of medicine side effect were observed. Results Compared with the control group, 1,11 and Ⅲ group were different remarkably in dilatation of the cervix, incidence rate of artificial abortion syndrome, amount of bleeding （P〉0.05）. However, there was no significant difference among Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of medicine side effect was different remarkably between Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of side effect by applying medicine in vagina was lower than that by other methods of applying medicine. The incidence rate of side effect by applying medicine jointly was lower than that by applying medicine orally .Conclusion The clinical effect is same by different ways of applying misoprostol 2 hours before artificial abortion. Only the incidence rate of side effect by applying medicine in vagina is lower than that by other methods of applying medicine.
