利用甜高粱茎秆加工粗乙醇(原酒)技术之一—简易固体发酵法技术要点

Production of Crude Ethanol (crude alcohol) From Sweet Sorghum Stems-The Key Techniques for Solid Fermentation

2006年吉林市农科院以甜高粱茎秆为原料,采用简易固体发酵法提取粗乙醇,结果是每吨甜高粱茎秆可提取50%粗乙醇100kg以上。该方法工艺设备简单、投资少、操作简单、便于推广。重点介绍简易固体发酵法提取粗乙醇的技术要点。

Scientists in Jilin City Academy of Agricultural Sciences used the stems of sweet sorghum as raw substrates to produce ethanol by solid fermentation in 2006. The results showed that every ton of sweet sorghum stems can produce more than 100 kg of 50%ethanol. This method requires simple equipment setup and minimum investment, so it is very easy to develop and expand. In this study, we will emphasize the key techniques in solid fermentation for ethanol production.
