摘要 活性污泥污水处理过程是一个多时间尺度的大规模非线性系统。其数学模型非常复杂,不便于进行控制系统的设计。为了从控制和优化的角度促进活性污泥数学模型的应用,以活性污泥一号模型(ASM1)为基础,COST 624 benchmark为平台,采用奇异摄动法并结合灵敏度分析法使系统降维。建立了活性污泥奇异摄动模型。简化后的模型组分、反应过程和参数的数量都少于ASM1。仿真结果表明简化模型与原有模型的动态特性基本一致,证明了该算法的有效性。 Activated sludge wastewater treatment process is a multi-time scale nature, high dimensionality and non-linearity system. Its mathematics model is extremely complex, which makes it difficult to design control system based on the model. For the purpose of promoting the activated sludge model to be applied in control and optimization fields, activated sludge model no.1 as base, COST 624 benchmark as platform, singular perturbation and sensitivity analysis were proposed to reduce the system dimension. A singular perturbation model was derived based on nature of activated sludge process. The number of component, reaction process and parameter of the reduced model are less than original ASM1. The simulation results indicate that the dynamic characteristics of reduced model and intrinsic model are very identical and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is proved.
