摘要
简述了果蔬低温减压保鲜贮藏技术的原理和特点,并以黄金梨为研究对象,进行多种温度和压力条件下该种果蔬低温减压保鲜贮藏的实验研究。根据大量的实验数据,对不同贮藏工况下的贮藏规律、效果、失水率等多种因素进行分析,得到低温减压保鲜贮藏条件下,适合黄金梨的贮藏参数规律。
Experimental studies were conducted at different pressures and temperatures for hypobaric and refrigerated storage of goldpears. Several factors such as storage effects, water losing rate at different storage conditions were analyzed. In addition, the suitable storage parameters for the gold - pears during hypobaric and refrigerated storage conditions were obtained.
