摘要
2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟丙烷(BHPFP)、三氟乙酸(TFAA)和硝酸钾(PN)在20-30℃的温度范围内反应,合成得到了2,2-双(3-硝基4-羟基苯基)-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟丙烷(BNHPFP);随后,在Pd/C—H2的还原体系中,被进一步还原,得到了含氟聚苯并噁唑单体2,2-双(3-氨基4-羟基苯基)-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟丙烷(BAHPFP)。利用差示量热计(DSC)、WRR光学熔点仪、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT—IR)、元素分析仪和核磁共振仪(NMR)等仪器,对它们进行了表征。
The compound of 2, 2-bis (3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 3-hexafluoropropane (BNHPFP) was synthesized through the reaction between 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 3-hexafluoropropane (BHPFP) and potassium nitrate (PN) in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid (TFAA) within the temperature range of 20--30 ℃, the obtained BNHPFP was further reduced into the fluorine-containing polybenzoxazole monomer-2, 2-bis (3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1, 1, 1, 3, 3, 3-hexafluoropropane (BAHPFP) in the system of Pd/ C- H2. Moreover, the obtained compounds were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), WRR optical melting point testing technique, Fourier transfer infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), element analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance technology (^1H-NMR).
