摘要 轿车白车身的扭转刚度作为车身重要的力学性能对整车各方面的性能有着直接的影响。以某型三厢轿车为例,在扭转刚度仿真计算的基础上,应用有限元理论,通过零件板厚对扭转刚度的灵敏度分析,得到了影响白车身扭转刚度的关键框架结构,并在此框架结构的指导下,对所研究车型制定了进一步提高其扭转刚度的措施。其中重点研究了4个重要车身零件对白车身扭转刚度的影响作用,并最终达到了在白车身增加尽量少质量的前提下明显提高其整体扭转刚度的目标。为新车型在设计阶段就能很好地控制白车身的扭转刚度提供一个可借鉴的方法,也可以对已有车型扭转刚度的改进提供合理的建议。 The torsional rigidity of sedan white body to be regarded as the important mechanics property of sedan body has direct influence on the performance of the whole vehicle in various respects. Take certain typed three compartment sedan as an example, on the basis of simulation calculation of torsional rigidity and by applying the finite element theory and through sensitivity analysis of torsional rigidity via board thickness of part this paper gained the key frame structure that affects the torsional rigidity of white body and under the guidance of this frame structure the measures of further enhancing its torsional rigidity was laid down for the being studied sedan pattern. Among them 4 important body parts were emphatically studied on the influence that acted on white body torsional rigidity, and finally reached the goal of enhancing distinctively its torsional rigidity as a whole under the premise of increasing as less mass as possible of the white body. A method that could be used for reference was provided for controlling nicely the torsional rigidity of white body in the designing phase of new sedan pattern, and could also provide reasonable suggestions for the improvements on torsional rigidity of the already existed sedan patterns.
