The Study on Legal Liability of Macroeconomic Control

设置宏观调控的法律责任存在着政治、经济、法律等方面的困难,但并不意味着宏观调控行为不受法律责任的制约。宏观调控法由于责任规范的缺乏,其价值很难真正实现,其发展也必然受到了影响。因而宏观调控必须从立法方面对责任主体、责任认定、责任形式、责任落实等方面进行完善。

there is difficulty in setting the legal liability of macroeconomic control in the aspect of politics, economy and law, it doesn＇t mean that the behavior of macroeconomic control is not restricted by the legal liability. Thus due to the lack of liability criterion, the value of the law of macroeconomic control is hard to come true, its development is certainly affected. Macroeconomic control should be perfected from the aspect of legislation for the main part of liability, the cognizance of liability, the form of liability and the fulfillment of liability.
