纳子法针刺神门穴对心功能影响的观察

Observation on Effect of Acupuncture at Shenmen Acupoint (HT7) According to Hour-Priscription of Acupoints on Cardiac Function

用纳子法按时针刺心经原穴神门，引起心功能的部分指标出现变化，使心率减慢，收缩期、舒张期延长，ｄＺ／ｄｔ及ＨＩ指数减小；而对照组在针刺后未出现任何有统计学意义的改变。表明子午流注纳子法的确存在着时间特异性。

Acupuncture at the source acupoint, Shenmen (HT7) on time according to hour-priscription of acupoints induced changes of partial indexes of cardiac function, lowering heart rate, prolonging systole and diastolic phases, reducing dz/dt and HI index. However, any statistically significant change was not found after acupuncture in the control group. It is indicated that hour-priscription of acupoints of Zi Wu Liu Zhu is indeed of specificity of time.
