摘要
西方自然连贯主义教育管理理论出现于20世纪90年代初,是堪与西方科学主义和人文主义教育管理理论相媲美的"第三思潮"。它的研究范式与基本观点对于我国的教育管理研究与实践颇具启发性。
The naturalistic coherentism in western educational administration which emerged in the early of 1990s can compare beauty with the scientism and humanism in western educational administration,so we can call it the third trend of thought in western educational administration. The research paradigm and basic concept of the naturalistic coherentism will be a great inspiration to the research and practice of educational administration in china. So, it is necessary to introduce it's basic concept in detail and give it some comments.
