摘要
分析铁路冷藏运输发展现状及存在的问题,提出加强运输组织管理,发展冷藏运输设备,制定灵活运价政策,以及完善冷藏链建设、开展易腐货物多式联运等发展我国铁路冷藏运输的建议。
The paper analyzes the current status and problems on the development of railway refrigeration transportation, and puts forward the suggestions on developing Chinea railway refrigeration transportation, such as strengthening management of transport organization, developing refrigeration transportation equipment, constituting flexible transport policy, improving the establishment of cold chain and developing inter-model transportation of perishable goods.
