南瓜有降血糖作用,是治疗糖尿病的食疗良药。以南瓜为主要原料,经磨浆、过滤、调配、均质等处理,采用合理的加工工艺与配方,可以制成有一定保健功能的南瓜汁饮料。
Pumpkin has hypoglycemic effect and treats the diabetes as therapeutic medicine this paper takes the pumpkin as the main raw mate rail.
