摘要
为了使二氧化钛粒子按预期的结果沉积在云母薄片上,制得优质云母钛珠光颜料,通过比较二氧化钛晶核的形成和生长的方式,研究了云母薄片表面TiO2的沉积过程。讨论了各种反应条件对二氧化钛包膜的影响。
In order to precipitate TiO2 on the surface of mica flake as required ic obtain a quality TiO2 coated mica pearlescent pigment, an investigation has been carried cut to study the precipitation process of TiO2 on the surface of mica flake and the TiO2 nucleus forming and growing process, and discussed the effects of various reaction conditions on the coating process of TiO2 on the mica surface.
