煤炭燃前两段高效干法选煤净化技术 被引量:8

摘要 我国化石能源储量的90%以上为煤炭,这一基本国情决定了以煤炭为主的能源消费结构在相当长时间内是不会改变的.燃烧是煤炭最主要的利用方式,劣质煤在燃烧过程中释放的有害物质造成了严重的环境污染,通过煤炭燃前分选加工以获取洁净燃料是解决这一问题的合理选择.指出煤炭必须清洁利用,走清洁煤的发展战略;提出采用燃前两段高效干法选煤技术,实现动力煤优质化工程;阐述了块煤和煤粉干法选煤技术的机理和发展应用现状,认为煤粉高效干法分选技术的工业性应用将有效地减轻燃煤污染,并可取得显著的社会经济效益;建议以清洁煤为原料,进行大型坑口电站建设;实施西电东送,实现我国煤炭资源经济、高效和环境生态友好的清洁利用. In China more than 90% of fossil energy reserves are coal, which determines that consumption structure of energy relying mainly on coal can not be changed in quite a long time. Combustion is the dominating utilization mode of coal, and deleterious material released from poor quality steam coal combustion resulted in serious pollution, it is reasonable to furthest get rid of these deleterious materials precombustion. The paper points out that coal must be utilized cleanly and the development strategy of clean coal must be implemented. Two segment highly -efficient coal dry preparation technology process is put forward, and the basic principles of the coal dry separation technologies, as well as its current status of development and usage are presented. By building large - scale pithead power stations burning clean coal, adopting highly - efficient coal dry preparation technology to enhance the quality of power coal and West- East Electricity Transmission Pro- ject, economical, high - efficient and ecological friendly utilization of coal resources cleanly will be realized.
