反相微乳法合成淀粉微球的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以可溶性淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,Span60为乳化剂,植物油为油相,采用反相微乳法合成淀粉微球。以吸附量为指标进行正交实验,得到淀粉微球的最佳合成条件为:淀粉浓度14%、油相100ml、乳化剂0.75g、交联剂4.8ml、搅拌速度1200r/min。利用红外光谱和电子显微镜对产物进行表征,证明了可溶性淀粉与环氧氯丙烷发生了交联反应。 The starch microspheres were synthesized from soluble starch by inverse microemulsion with epichlorohydrin as the crosslinking agent, Span60 as the emulsifying agent and the plant oil as the organic phase. The results showed that the optimum conditions for synthesizing starch microspheres were starch solution 14%, dosage of oil phase 100ml, dosage of surfactants 0.75g, dosage of crosslinking agent 2.4ml/g,stirring speed 1200r/min. The product was characterized by IR and electron microscope, the results proved that the soluble starch had crosslinked with epichlorohydrin.
