直肠前切除加直肠前壁折叠术治疗完全性直肠脱垂15例体会

Anterior Resection of Rectum and Plication of Anterior in Treating complete Rectal prolapse in Adults ,A Report of 15 Cases

目的探讨直肠前切除加直肠前壁折叠术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法对15例完全性直肠脱垂患者施行直肠前切除加直肠前壁折叠术，观察其疗效，并进行随访。结果15例病人全部一次性治愈无便秘、吻合口漏、感染。随访5个月～4年无复发。结论乙状结肠、直肠前切除加直肠前壁折叠术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂疗效确切。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of anterior Resection of Rectum and Plication of Anterior for complete rectal prolapse, from Aprll 2003 to January 2007. Methods 15 Patients suffered from complete rectale prolapse were freater by anterior resection of rectum and placation of Anterior. Results An Patients were followed-up for 5 months to 4 years with no recurrents of rectal prolapse, nor coust pation, neither death in short time. Nor complicatioys, Conclusions The anterior resection of rectum and pliaction of Anterior is a sate and effective procedure in treating complete rectal prolapse in adults.
