不连续创新项目中的技术困境探析

The Research on the Technical Dilemma of the Discontinuous Innovation Program

不连续创新项目中存在技术、市场、组织和资源等方面的困境。研究认为,市场、组织和资源等方面的问题根源于技术问题。而我国企业在不连续创新上的技术困境则主要表现为两类问题:企业基础研究能力薄弱,难以孕育不连续创新;不连续技术的经济价值没有被充分挖掘。提出采用开放式的创新模式、创建新型的项目管理方法和建立试错机制等对策建议。

When going on the discontinuous innovation program, we will meet with some problems such as the technical dilemma, the market dilemma, the organizational dilemma and the resource dilemma. For the Chinese corporations, the technical dilemma on the discontinuous innovation program includes two aspects： the corporations are lack of the ability of the basic research; the economic value of the discontinuous technology hasn＇t made full use of. So, this paper proposes that we adopt the open innovation model and the new program-managing method, and establish the cor- recting mechanism.
