摘要
研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗脑出血的机制。方法,选择经头颅CT证实的脑出血患者93例,随机分为UBIO组47例,对照组46例,疗程10天。结果:UBIO组总有效率66%,对照组39%,两组差异有非常显著性,X ̄2=6.71,P<0.01。UBIO治疗后血液流变学和脑血流量明显改善,差异有显著性,而对照组仅脑血流量改善。UBIO组血小板功能明显抑制,血肿吸收加快。结论:UBIO治疗脑出血效果明显,可提高脑血流量,加快血肿吸收,减少脑出血后并发症及降低死亡率。
Objective : The purpose of this paper was studying the mechanism of ultraviolet blood irradi- ation and oxygen (UBIO) for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods , 93 cases with cerebral hemorrhage ,confirmed by CT ,were studied. 47 cases were treated with UBIO and another 46 cases were as a control group with- eut UBIO. Results: After ten days of treatment , the total effective rate of UBIO group was 66 % , that of control group was 39 % . There was a significant difference (P<0. 01 ) . After UBIO therapy , the cerebral blood flow , whole blood viscosity , plasma viscosity , hematocrit , platelet adhesion and aggregation were obvi- ously improved , but none did the control group. Conclusion , It is proved that UBIO therapy may accelerate the cerebral blood flow , promote the hematoma absorption , decrease the cerebral hemorrhage complications and mortality for cerebral hemorrhage.
