摘要 青光眼作为影响青壮年患者视力的常见难治性眼病之一,其发病机制尚未完全清楚,正常情况下,眼压的波动与视神经的耐受能力处于平衡状态,任何原因引起眼压升高导致的二者平衡失常都会引起视神经及视网膜神经节细胞损伤。大量的研究证实单纯控制眼压并不能完全改善青光眼进程中的视力状况。由于视神经属于中枢神经系统的一部分,针对中枢神经系统共同性的免疫特征,利用免疫原刺激中枢神经系统,提高其神经再生及神经保护功能,对于青光眼视网膜神经节细胞免疫保护的研究提供了新的思路,其成果为临床防治青光眼带来了新希望。 Glaucoma is a common refractory in the middle-aged patients. Normally, intraocular pressure is balanced with the tolerance of retinal neuron. Any change to this balance can cause the broken of retinal neuron and retinal ganglion cells. A lot of studies reveal that only control intraocular pressure can not improve glaucoma. Retinal neuron is a part of central neuron system, thus we can improve the neuron regeneration and protection by stimulating central neuron system. So there is a new way to glaucomic retinal ganlion cells immunoprotection.
