摘要
介绍了表面等离子体谐振(Surface Plasmon resonance,简称SPR)传感的基本原理,利用衰减全反射方法搭建了一种成像式SPR装置,进行了溶液浓度的测量,通过引入Gabor滤波方法,对采集到的图像进行方向性滤波预处理,显著地抑制了相干噪声,提高了检测稳定性和分辨率。通过重心法计算谐振角,得到装置浓度灵敏度为。
SPR theory is presented and a SPR imaging system based on principle of ATR is developed. By introducing Gabor filter into image processing, high quality SPR images are obtained and coherent noises are eliminated. It is demonstrated that this methods can increase the sensitivity and stability of SPR refractometer. By using centroid algorithm, a concentration sensitivity of is acquired.
