摘要
我国正面临着研究生规模快速扩大,为更好地适应国家、社会和市场的需求,探索高素质和能力强的基础医学硕士培养途径已刻不容缓。文中讨论了PBL教学法在研究生培养中的可行性、教师如何分阶段设置问题,并动态分析了PBL过程中教师及学生的责任和义务及其角色变化。
The number of postgraduates has rapidly increased in our country. It is the urgent task for us to explore the teaching way of cultivating the preclinical medical postgraduates with high diathesis and ability in order to adapt to the need of the country, the society and the market. This paper discusses the feasibility of applying problem-based learning (PBL) in the process of teaching postgraduates and teachers how to deal with problems in the different ;earning stage, and also makes a dynamic analysis of the changes of the teachers' and students' duties and roles.
