宫颈肿瘤患者血清VEGF、IL-1α和IL-6水平测定 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨宫颈肿瘤患者血清中VEGF、IL-1α和IL-6水平变化的意义。方法用化学发光法测定35例宫颈癌,24例宫颈上皮内瘤样变,18例腺肌瘤和20例正常对照者血中VEGF、IL-1α和IL-6水平。结果宫颈癌患者血清中VEGF明显高于对照组(P<0·05),IL-6明显高于对照组(P<0·01),IL-1α水平则无显著性变化(P>0·05);宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者血清中VEGF、IL-6水平明显高于对照组(P<0·05),IL-1α水平无显著变化(P>0·05);腺肌瘤患者血清中VEGF、IL-6水平均明显高于对照组(P<0·05),IL-1α水平无显著变化(P>0·05)。结论宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤样变和腺肌瘤患者血清VEGF和IL-6水平明显升高。
