摘要 To investigate the effects of the down-regulation on quality of oocyte.The protocols,age,down-regulation days before Gn and the level of LH on the day of hCG injection are not significantly related to the rate of normal fertilization and cleavage.The age between 25-35 years old and LH≤5 IU/L on the day of hCG injection,have higher rate of good-quality embryo,embryo implantation and pregrancy.The embryo’s aneuploid rate is higher when the age raise up.The number of retrieval oocyte don’t affect the embryo’s aneuploid rate.The way of insemination and control ovarian stimulation protocols affect the embryo’s aneuploid rate.
