摘要
由于SWOT方法能很好地将内部条件和外部环境结合起来,现在广泛用于区域发展、环境管理和土地开发的战略规划中.简介了SWOT方法,然后将之应用于浙江东阳市的土地利用战略方向选择.实践表明SWOT方法在县域土地利用的方向的表达上是非常直观有效的,在逻辑上也是严密合理的.
SWOT analysis is broadly applied in regional planning, resource management, and strategy of land development in term of its advantages of combining internal conditions and external environment. This paper briefly introduces SWOT analysis, then applies it into identifying the strategic orientations of land use in Dongyang City, Zhejinag province. The research shows that this analysis is effective in illustrating strategic directions of land use and coherent in their logic relationship in county scale.
