摘要
采用虚拟样机技术,以垃圾压装的关键部件压缩机构为研究对象,探讨了在MSC.ADAMS环境下建立其虚拟样机模型的方法,并通过动力学仿真来获取相关性能参数,对垃圾的压缩力和液压缸的受力进行了分析,其结果可为物理样机的设计和制造提供指导。
This paper is on the base of virtual prototyping, and takes the compression mechanism which is the key component of garbage compressing and load system as object of study. A method of establishing virtual prototype model is discussed in the environment of MSC. ADAMS, some relevant performance parameters were obtained through dynamics simulation, and then relevant analyses were carried out to the compression force of garbage and the force of hydraulic cylinder, The results can provide instruction for design and manufacture of the physical prototype.
