摘要
凝汽器真空是汽轮发电机组运行的最重要指标之一,真空低将明显提高热力循环的冷源温度,降低循环效率,导致主蒸汽能源利用效率降低,同时,会引起排汽缸发生较大的热膨胀,对机组的安全性产生不利影响。文中通过对扬子石化热电厂型号相同、在同一循环水管路上的#5、6机组进行对比试验,计算出相关因素对机组真空的影响程度,分析出凝汽器铜管结垢严重是#5机组真空低的主要原因,提出了改进#5机组真空低的有关措施与建议。
The vacuum of condenser is one of the most important indices of units, low vacuum obviously improve the temperature of the cold sources, reduce the cycle efficiency ,and reduce the main steam efficiency.In addition, low vacuum will cause thermal expansion of the exhaust casing, which make a bad effect on security of units.By contrasting and analyzing the Yangtze power plant's unit 5 and 6 which is of the same type and in the same cycle of water pipe system for conducting comparative tests.Calculate the correlative factors which affects the unit's vacuum,conclude copper tube's Scaling in the condenser severely lead to condenser's low coefficient of heat-exchange which is the main cause of unit 5's low vacuum,propose the related ways and suggestions to change the low vacuum.
