沟通交流技巧在聋哑产妇产褥期中的应用

目的探讨沟通交流技巧在聋哑产妇产褥期中的应用效果。方法将安慰性、鼓励性含意透过书面文字及非语言沟通交流技巧的各种形式对聋哑产妇产褥期进行护理。结果100%聋哑产妇学会自身护理及照料婴儿,克服产后的不适,尽快适应母性角色;100%均为纯母乳喂养,乳量足,婴儿正常。结论在聋哑产妇产褥期护理中,采用有效的沟通交流技巧,可使产妇对护理人员产生安全感及信任感,愉快地接受护理人员的指导及帮助,顺利地渡过产褥期。

Objective To explore the effect of using communication skills in deaf-and-dumb parturients at the stage of puerpefium. Method The deaf-and-dumb parturients at the stage of puerperium were cared by literal expression or non-linguistic communicative skills of comforting and encouraging implication. Results 100% of them learned self care and baby care. They could adapt themselves to the role of a mother after overcoming the discomfort, 100% took breast feeding, the milk volume abundant and the babies growing healthy. Conclusion For the care of deaf-and-dumb parturients at the stage of puerperium, effective communicative skills give them sense of safety and trust so that they are willing to accept the instructions from nurses and live through puerpefium.
