摘要
采用自制季铵盐阳离子改性剂对竹原纤维织物进行改性,随后用天然苏木染料进行染色。通过正交试验分析及单因素分析,优化得到竹原纤维织物阳离子改性和染色的最佳工艺条件,前者为:改性剂50 g/L,NaOH15 g/L,浴比1∶30,温度70℃,时间60 min;后者则为:染料萃取液90 mL/L,pH值7,浴比1∶40,温度80℃,时间45 min。比较改性与未改性染色试样表明,竹原纤维织物经化学改性后,大大提高了苏木染料的染色性能。
Color yield and color fastness of bamboo pulp fiber were poor if directly dyed with brazilwood natural dyes. In this paper, cationic reagent of quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized and applied to modify bamboo fiber. The optimal conditions of cationic modification and dyeing were defined based on orthogonal experiments analysis and single factor analysis. Bamboo fibers was modified with .50 g/L cationic reagent and 15 g/L NaOH at 70 ℃ for 60 minutes with bath ratio 1 : 30, followed by exhaust dyeing at 80 ℃ for 45 minutes with dye extraction 90 mL/L,pH value 7 and bath ratio 1 : 40. Results showed that chemical modification could greatly enhance dyeing properties of brazilwood natural dyestuffs.
