摘要
民族文化产业主体集群差异是文化产业发展中出现的历史性问题,它展示为资源主体集群和市场主体集群之间存在着的从资源到资本,从利益到权力等结构上的巨大差异。这是资本和资源收益的失衡所带来的问题,其关键在于将民族文化当作没有产权的公共资源。解决这些问题的根本基础和保证,是民族文化产品要求资源主体及其文化资源参与的内在诉求。
The differences between the subject groups of ethnic culture industry are a historical issue in the development of culture industry, which shows the great structural differences between resource subject groups and market subject groups in terms of resources, capital, interest and power. It has resulted from the unbalanced capital and resource incomes and its core is to take ethnic cultures as public resources without ownership. The key to solving these problems is the acknowledgement and participation of the products of ethnic culture as resource subject.
