摘要
为了探讨生活方式与休闲行为的关系,通过方便取样对497名高校教师进行问卷调查,结果表明,高校教师生活方式可区分成传统型、积极活跃型和随意型3个同质性很高的组群,各组群休闲参与类型具有鲜明的特征,生活方式取向的不同是影响其休闲活动参与类型的重要因素,以生活方式取向为区分变量来发展和实施相应的休闲教育学干预策略和休闲活动项目规划,具有现实意义。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the relation between lifestyle and the participation type of leisure activities. By questionnaire and convenience sampling, 497 useful questionnaires were conected and then statistical analysis were applied to interpret the collected data. With the variables of lifestyle, participants could be categorized as three lifestyle groups: traditional group, active group and free group. The differences in lifestyle were important factors which influenced on the participation type of leisure activities. As a segmentable variable, the lifestyle variable played an important role in developing and conducting the intervention strategies and the planning of leisure activities.
