高效液相色谱测定凤尾茶中黄酮的含量

Determination of flavones in Elsholtzia bodinieri by HPLC

目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定凤尾茶中黄酮含量的方法。方法：凤尾茶粉碎后，用甲醇浸泡，超声提取，过滤，取滤液进样。色谱仪为岛津LC-2010A，色谱柱为Agilent Extend-RP柱，流动相甲醇-乙腈-0．2％磷酸，流速1．0mL·min^-1，紫外检测波长280nm。结果：在0．244—2．928μg线性关系良好，方法回收率高。结论：本方法快速、简便、准确。

Objective. To develop an HPLC method for the measurement of flavones in Elsholtzia bodinieri. Method： Analysis was carried out on Shimadzu LC-2010A HPLC system. The separation was performed on Agilent Extend-RP Cls column （4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） ,with methanol-acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1 and the detective wavelength was 280 nm. Result： A good linear relationship and the mean recovery was found within the range. Conclusion： This method is rapid, simple and accurate.
