摘要
运用高温动态试验台及一系列分析手段,对GH864合金在腐蚀/冲蚀联合作用下的破坏行为进行了研究。结果表明:在高温段(760℃),合金发生的是高温热腐蚀为主、冲蚀为辅的破坏;在低温段(590℃),合金发生的是冲蚀为主、氧化为辅的破坏。腐蚀/冲蚀联合作用加快了合金的破坏。
The destroy behavior of GH864 alloy under the simultaneous attack of crosion and erosion was studied by using high temperature dynamic experimental epuipmeent and a series of analytical methods.It shows that the destroy behaviou is erosion enhanced high temperature hot corrosion at 760℃ and oxidation enhanced erosion at 590℃.The simultaneous attack of erosion and corrosion quickens the destroy of alloy.
