摘要
目的:通过去甲乌药碱与多巴酚丁胺的比较,探讨去甲乌药碱可否作为一种心脏负荷药物。方法:选用6条犬,分别以不同剂量静脉滴注去甲乌药碱和多巴酚丁胺,测定心率、血压、心输出量、心肌耗氧量和冠状动脉血流量等各项指标以及用核素心室显像测定左心室射血分数的变化。结果:去甲乌药碱和多巴酚丁胺均可加快心率,增加心输出量、心肌耗氧量和冠状动脉血流量,并呈剂量依赖性。另外,去甲乌药碱对收缩压影响不大,舒张压呈下降趋势。结论:初步的动物结果表明,去甲乌药碱可望成为一种新型的心脏负荷药。
Objective:To investigate whether Higenamine(HG) can be used for cardiac pharmacological stress test,the cardiovascular effects of HG was compared with Dobutamine(DB). Methods:HG and DB test were performed in 6 dogs.HG was infused at 5 min intervals in dose increments from 1 μ g·kg -1 /min to 4 μg·kg -1 /min.Heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),left ventricular blood pressure(LVBP),cardiac output(CO),myocardial oxygen consumption(MOC)and coronary blood flow(CBF)were measured before and after infusion of each dose of HG.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was measured with radionclide ventriculography.Thirty to 60 min after the BP and HR had recovered to the basal condition,DB was infused at 5 min intervals in dose increments from 5 μ g·kg -1 /min to 20 μ g·kg -1 /min.The same parameters were measured as with HG. Results:The HR was accelerated,Myocardial oxygen sonsumption,CO and CBF were all increased in dose dependent manner with both HG and DB.Systolic blood pressure had no significant changes,but diastolic blood pressure was slightly decreased by HG. Conclusion:The preliminary study demonstrated that Higenamine can be used as a new cardiovascular agent for pharmacological stress.
