摘要
分析蔬菜冷链物流所存在的问题,详细论述蔬菜供应链各个环节质量安全问题的发生机理,指出了HACCP管理体系的不足,同时提出一系列对蔬菜冷链物流HACCP管理体系的优化方法。
Based on the analysis of the problem existed in the vegetable cold chain logistics, the quality safe problem of vegetable supply chain was discussed. The mechanism analysis on the shortage of actual HACCP management system was pointed out, and a series of optimizations of HACCP management system were put forward.
