试论我国高等体育院校毕业生就业反馈系统的构建

Conceiving the Feedback System for the Employment of Graduated Students in High Schools of P.E

采用问卷法、访谈法和文献法等研究方法,对高等体育院校毕业生质量的测度和就业反馈系统的建构进行分析。建立了高等体育院校毕业生质量测度的指标体系,与毕业生就业反馈系统和决策支持系统,并提出了体育院校实施就业反馈系统的路径。

The purpose is study the quality control for graduated students and feedback system of employment in high schools of P.
