摘要
用CO2激光器对30CrMnSi钢表面进行激光熔凝处理,对表面改性层的硬度进行了测试与分析。结果表明:表层有极高的硬度,最高硬度达812.1HV,约是基体硬度的2倍,从硬化层到基体硬度急剧下降;工艺参数影响硬化层的深度、宽度。
Laser surface re-melting on the surface of 30CrMnSi steel was performed by CO2 laser. The microhardness of the superficial modified layer was tested and analyzed. The results show that the microhardness on the surface layer achieves 812.1 HV, which is approximately 2 times as high as substrate's. The microhardness reduces suddenly from the hardened layer to the substrate. The process parameters have a great effect on the depth and width of hardened layer.
