摘要 文摘综述了近年来耐高温聚酰亚胺胶黏剂的研究发展状况,对聚酰亚胺胶黏剂尤其是加成型聚酰亚胺胶黏剂的化学合成方法和胶黏剂结构与性能的关系进行了分析与总结,并对耐高温聚酰亚胺胶黏剂的应用和未来发展趋势进行了展望。 Research and development of polyimide adhesives applied as high-temperature adhesives are summarized. The synthetic methods and the relationships between structures and properties of polyimide adhesives, especially the addition-type polyimide adhesives, are discussed. The application and development trends of polyimide adhesives in the future are also analyzed.
