摘要
电力规划方案的经济性分析包括直接效益和间接效益两个方面，直接效益可用风险型内部收益率衡量，间接效益用模糊评判法可以将定性指标定量化，两项指标综合起来便能完整地进行方案评价。
Two aspects that would be concerned on economical evaluation of electric project planning are direct bent fit and indirect benifit. IRR is suggested to measure the direct benifit and a prergram of BASIC is proposed to surport the IRR caculations. To make the indirect bent fit being aquantity index,a fuzzy evaluation method is introduced.
