摘要
文化产业作为一个新兴产业对经济的促进作用越来越大,而集群政策又是促进文化产业发展的有力工具,因此,需要针对文化产业的特征和我国文化产业集群政策的实际,设计系统的文化产业集群政策。
As a newly-born industry, cultural industry has been taking a more and more important role in promoting economy, and grouping policy has becoming a useful means to promote the development of cultural industry. So the systematical grouping policy of cultural industry has to be designed according to the characteristics of cultural industry and to the practical condition of the grouping policy of the cultural industry.
