性成熟对养殖雌性异育银鲫血液生理指标的影响

摘要 以雌性异育银鲫为研究对象,对其性成熟前后(卵巢发育分别为Ⅳ期和Ⅴ期)红细胞数量(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)含量、红细胞比容(Ht)、红细胞渗透脆性及红细胞沉降率(ESR)进行测定。结果表明,雌性异育银鲫卵巢从Ⅳ期发育至Ⅴ期,血液中的RBC、Hb含量和Ht值均显著(p<0.05)降低,其中Ht值降低尤为明显(p<0.01);红细胞渗透脆性的变化不是很明显,开始溶血的浓度几乎没有变化,而完全溶血的浓度则有所升高,说明红细胞的渗透脆性有所增大;1h的红细胞沉降速度明显加快,2 h的则略有增加。 Allogynogenetic crucian carp is one kind of the most important cultured freshwater fishes in China with high market value. The blood physiological indices in two groups of immature (with the ovary at Ⅳstage) and mature(with the ovary at Ⅴ stage) female AUogynogenetic crucian carp were studied in the present paper. Experimental results indicated that the number of the red blood cells ( RBC), hemoglobin (Hb) content and the haematocrit (Ht) of female mature AUogynogenetic crucian carp were lower than those of immature population; the difference of the erythrocyte osmotic brittleness between the two groups was not obvious. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of female mature Allogynogenetic crucian carp increased obviously in the first hour, while in the next hour it increased shghtly when the ovary of female mature AUogynogenetic crucian carp grew from Ⅳ stage to Ⅴ stage.
