摘要
报道了一种侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG、声光调Q、LBO晶体腔外倍频和三倍频的355nm准连续波紫外激光器.采用结构简单、紧凑的平-凹腔设计,在152W的泵浦功率下,重复频率5kHz时,获得平均功率1.62W的355nmTEM00模激光输出,三倍频的转换效率为25%;重复频率1kHz时,获得平均功率518mW、单脉冲能量518μJ、脉宽17ns、峰值功率高达30kW的紫外激光输出.
An A-O Q-Switched diode-side-pumped Nd : YAG/LBO 355 nm laser is reported. Employing a simple and compact flat-concave cavity,an average power of 1.62 W at a repetition rate of 5 kHz is achieved when the incident pump power being 152 W,corresponding to a conversion of 25% from 1 064 nm to 355 nm. At the repetition rate of 1 kHz under the same pump power,an average power of 518 mW and a single pulse energy of 518μJ with pulse duration of 17 ns,corresponding the peak power as high as 30 kW with good beam quality is obtained.
