摘要
通过对厂用汽系统脉冲安全阀RC 040机械校验不启座的原因进行分析,对其电磁部位和杠杆装置部分进行改造,消除了设备隐患,提高机组运行的安全性。
According to actuate failure of RC040 pulse safety valve in station-service steam system, causes of such fault were analyzed. Electromagnetic part and lever part of RC040 were transformed to eliminate incipient fault of equipments and improve safety operation of generation units.
