灰底白板纸与白卡纸色彩再现性能比较 被引量:3

摘要 灰底白板纸和白卡纸是两种比较常见的包装材料,应用广泛,而这两种纸板在基本性能、印刷适性、印刷质量等方面又均有较大的差异。介绍了灰底白板纸和白卡纸的组成、种类、基本的性能及实际应用情况;然后对8种纸张(灰底白板纸和白卡纸)的表面性能(包括光泽度、平滑度、白度和K&N油墨吸收性)进行了测试;接着根据前面的测试结果在IGT印刷适性仪上进行分组打样;最后结合该纸的表面性能分析样条,得出纸张表面性能对印刷品色彩再现性能的影响。 The grey Manila board and ivory board are two kinds of familiar packaging materials, having been applied in many areas. But they are different in basic performance, printing applicability, printing quality, etc. The composition, kinds, basic performance, and real application were investigated. The surface performance of 8 kinds of papers was tested, including glossiness, smoothness, whiteness degree, and K& N printing ink absorbability. With the IGT measurement at certain printing conditions, the proof printing was done in different groups. The influence of surface performance on color reappearance was obtained through analyzing experiment results.
