摘要
采用带柔性基团的4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和3,3′,4,4′-苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)为单体用两步法合成聚酰亚胺(PI),并在合成过程中,用溶胶凝胶法在中间产物聚酰胺酸中加入正硅酸四乙酯和钛酸丁酯,不添加水和偶联剂,制备出了PI/TiO2-SiO2复合材料。利用红外(IR)、X衍射(XRD)、热失重分析(TGA)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等对材料的微观结构和热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,复合膜中纳米TiO2和SiO2在聚酰亚胺基体中有较好的分散,PI/TiO2-SiO2复合材料的热稳定性优于纯PI和PI/TiO2杂化膜。
Polyimide(PI) was prepared using ODA and BTDA as monomer by a two-stage synthesis method. PI/ TiO2-SiO2 composite materials was successfully prepared by sol-gel method, Ti( OBu)4 and TEOS were added into the intermediate product of polyamic acid, no water and coupler were added in the process. The structure of nanoparticles and nanocomposites were investigated by means of IR, XRD, TGA, TEM and SEM. The results indicated that nanoparticles of TiO2 and SiO2 were dispersed well, and the thermal stability of PI/TiO2-SiO2 composite materials was better than those of pure PI and PI/TiO2 composites.
