摘要
为了提高剥线机的可靠性和控制精度,介绍了以Panasonic FP0-T32型PLC为控制核心设计的一种自动剥线机。从PLC控制系统设计的角度,首先介绍了自动剥线机的工作原理和设计要求,然后阐述了系统硬件设计、PLC程序设计和程序调试,其中包括输入/输出点数计算、PLC选型、输入/输出接线设计以及模块化程序设计思路。测试结果表明,系统完全符合设计要求,具有较高实用价值。
In order to improve the reliability and precision of the wire- stripping machine, this paper introduces an automatic wire - stripping machine designed on core controller FP0 - T32 PLC of Panasonic. According to the design mode of PLC control system, the work principle and requirements of design are introduced first. Then the design of system's hardware and software and program debugging are given, which include the count of I/O quantity, selecting a mode of PLC, the design of I/O circuit and the method of modularization program design. Test results show that the system meets the requirements of design and it has higher practical values.
